FC Softball vs West Lafayette (3 - 13) Loss Fountain Central Softball Win Streak Stops At With Tough Game Against West Lafayette The Mustangs had trouble keeping up with West Lafayette in a 13-3 loss on Wednesday FC got on the board in the first inning after Patience Bixler tripled, scoring two runs. Bixler provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led FC with two runs batted in. The pitcher went 1-for-2 on the day. Jacquelynn Weber, Bixler, and Kynleigh Elkins each collected one hit for the Mustangs. Weber adding another double to her count to make it 7 for the season. FC Defense only committed one error on the night. Fountain Central Varsity Mustangs welcome Southmont on Thursday for their next game.
